  • Can I pay with cash?

    Don’t carry all that heavy cash! We make it easier for you! With Cabify all your payments are made safely and securely with credit/debit card or paypal.

  • How can I add my payment method?

    In the apps:

    1. Log in if you are not already logged in.
    2. Click the menu button.
    3. Click the option 'Payment details', then 'ADD' button.
    4. Select the payment method (Credit or debit card / Paypal) and choose the currency.
    5. Fill in the requested information and finish the process.

    On the web: 1. Log in. 2. Click the 'Account' button, then 'Payment details'. 3. Select the payment method (Credit or debit card / Paypal) and choose the currency for it and press 'add method'. 4. Fill in the requested information and finish the process.

    Now you can order a Cabify or share your payment method with other users (family, friends, ...) in your account.

  • How safe is the payment system?

    We take good care of your credit card information, so you have nothing to worry about. To keep things safe we work with the same payment gateway as Vodafone, Mango or KLM. Add your payment details and you’ll be good to go onto your Cabify ride!

  • Will I get charged if I cancel the ride?

    Most of the times, you will not be charged, unless you cancel when the journey is about to start. These are some examples:

    If you have ordered for now and you cancel after 3 mins, you will be charged the minimum rate.

    If you cancel a booking, minimum rate will be charged depending on the vehicle type and time in advanced you tell us. We´ll send you an email with your booking details and cancellation conditions when you book.

  • Why do you make a small charge in my card?

    When you enter a new payment method, we charge a small charge to verify your card. Once verified, we charge back immediately.

  • What should I do if I have been charged incorrectly?

    Please, contact us. When you do so, please explain the problem and do not forget to attach the receipt in order to speed the process. We will answer you as soon as possible.

  • Can I have more than one payment method?

    Yes, you can add as many payment methods as you need. In the apps, you can change the payment method before the journey confirmation. On the web, you can select you default payment method.
